4 Custom Loading option on soon to be ordered preamplifier

I'm a hair's width away from ordering a Supratek Cortese LCR preamplifier. It comes with 4 loading options. 10, 100, 1000, & 47K. However, I can order it will any 4 loading options I choose.

So.....what should I go with? I'm a fan of Dynavector cartridges, but might wanna give a Denon 103(R) or Ortofon a shot in the future. I really have no plans to buy any MM carts.

Give that info, what custom loads would you recommend? I was initally leaning toward 100, 200, 500, & 1000 but figured I'd ask around.

Suggestions?
