Here is my system. Back loaded horns with mark audio drivers and HIVI planer tweeters. DIY SET 2a3 power amp DR Low Mu design, And just recently a Bartola 01a preamp that just puts my system where I have been trying to get at for years. Stan Warren modified Pioneer dvd player that's better than I thought is was. DIY turntable from Rega parts and a MMT arm that has adjustable vta. My last two carts are no longer serviceable. A Grado woody that my cat got to the cantilever, and AT MC that lost its sylus, the AT was bright in my opinion. So looking all the options. If MM are approaching the detail of MCs these days that may be a good road to take. I went from the Grado to the AT MC and its hard to go back to MM after hearing all that detail of the MC. What music do I like, Prog rock jazz classical. Phono pre is a Diy tube unit based on Steve Bench Design.
