It's working well, I think it needs a new belt. I cleaned the old belt with rubber rejuvenator and speed is pretty good, no more variations. I got in contact with a guy who does work on these turntables, you can get a new Hurst motor for about $60. It actually belongs to a friend who has a bunch of turntables, along side a AR/Merrill turntable with a Phoenix speed box, it looks nice but we prefer the AR/Merrill. I ran it side by side with some idler drives, and my Rek-O-Kut belt drive. It's nice, but I prefer the dynamics I get with the idler drives. But I am partial to my own turntables, more than likely.
