restoring a sick Kenwood 2055, but the owner finally gave up on me. I had one more idea for correcting the slow speed after I had manufactured some new motor mounts, but, alas . .

The interior of the 2055 was flooded with the silicone damping fluid, and the motor mounts were hard as stone, if they had not already disinigrated. I put 6 hours into it, before the owner took it to Goodwill. I was not happy, after all the effort I had put into it.
