Doesn't matter what turntable it came off of, this cart wasn't part of a package...not from a Mfg at least. I see writing on top of the cartridge under the headshell, would be interesting to know what that says.
again, this is from the Era IV family and looks like some kind of derivative or at least shares the stylus grip used for the V15 Type IV stylus...but that cantilever doesn't look very V15 to me... Could be a mix of V15 styling with M97 performance perhaps...or M95. I'd ask Shure.
