It's not a diamond, just a steel needle. I don't have a photo of if, but it attaches to the taper neck of the horn and has a diaphragm that acts as the pickup. I just searched, and found Great Lakes Antique Phonograph. They look like a source to investigate. If you know another, please let me know.
