I'd call the stores before-hand, to save you some time. Ameoba is an obvious choice, but I know little about 12" singles. That said, there is probably a place in the lower Haight that has them in quantity. Stores are everywhere. You will be a week from the next KUSF Swap meet On April 11. Not sure how long you'll be here, but that is a great place to get cheap records, particularly after 12pm.
