The customer service provided by Daniela and her team is extra-ordinary. I had a HUM problem, asked Lounge for help. Daniela made up a pair of shorting plugs (for free), helped me diagnose the problem (cartridge grounds) and we solved the problem. The Lounge phono stage is driving a NOS Shure cartridge into a couple of mint Dynaco A-25s and I feel like I am back in college. The price is great and the value/service are off the charts.
