Thank you to everyone that responded. I had cataract surgery a little over a week ago. It seems my distance vision is better than it was previously but my close-up vision may not be as good. One more eye to do next week and then we will see what happens in a few weeks after that.

I did not notice the four screws. My error. I was able to remove the driver and it was a D123.

The story I was told was the parts were in a JBL cabinet at one time and that the guy built these cabinets and hung them from the ceiling. They were a pain to get down
