Traditionally to isolate the sheetrock one would screw it into a 'Z'strip so that there was 'some' disassociation from the framing ['z' strip was typically attached perpendicular to the framing]
Having said this- the best way - as mentioned above is to have the studs staggered so that any given stud only supports one side of the drywall sheathing of the wall.- see linky below
