They are beautiful. I got a SMS amp/headphone amp/DAC that has a coaxial jack. It can draw 7-8 amps for short durations and I always thought these plugs were only rated for 5A.

I may remove the jack from the amps P.C. board and solder the short wire from the Acopian linear P.S. to it. I bought it replace the switcher that came with it. If I don't I'm buying the Oyaide. Thanks!

Edit: Upon further reading the Oyaide site only rates the 2.5 @12V/1A and the 2.1 @12V/.5A I'm just going to remove the coaxial power input jack from the SMS and solder hard wire to the board.
