simple enough 2 x diodes and 2 x elcaps It was stated quality not important on original documentation... Basically take one pair cap and diode twist leads together then do same with the other pair then connect the two negatives together ie 4 wires and place in centre of a plastic connector.
the other two end (comprising two wires) are positive in and positive out..Either way around.
See pics ..note Ive show red for + connections.

I think the reason for improvement must be loads of DC on my mains..flourescent lights next room and a disc stage using a half wave bridge ? also on my system, just guessing.
Improvement is akin to lower jitter..3d image is much better.Similair to some peoples reaction to auricap mod which I havent done.(yet)
I am using schottkies/vishays/blackgates/silver wire/ptf caps/silver mica/new opamps all over the 3910.
