Ive been using this pair of vintage tubes since july of 2020 in my Dared VP 845 purchased new in 2015.

Recently on one tube Ive noticed some brown discoloring in a very small area?

Is this something to be concerned about?
Is the Dared a good amp to run these in?
Im also reletively new to tubes.
They were pricey pair that I was assured were like new with good getters?
Whats a getter? And whats it do?

Any help is a much appreciated.
Perhaps its nothing but I am concerned and have googled it with no luck.
