I removed all 6l6's from the amp, it comes right up. I did notice one weak tube on my tester. The last time I used the amp, it worked fine, so I bet it is the bias. I will look into your advice, if I have questions I will post again.
Edit: I have two different brand 6l6 tubes. I tried both sets, one set at time. One set blows the main fuse, the other set doesn't, and the amp works! Guess I need another set of tubes. I guess the bias should be adjusted.
