When I started working on tube gear in 1975, this price list was taped to the wall.

In 1975, RCA 6L6GC were $8.15. RCA 6550's (which were actually relabeled Tung-Sol coke-bottle type) were $10.20. 12AX7A were $3.75. 12at7'S were a little more, oddly. They were $4.55. Too bad those days are gone!
