As there is no answer yet I'll venture an opinion.

I suggest a Y split:
c LC then split RC left and RC right.

The first c (lower case) suggests a low value first cap, say 2uF. This value will allow you to adjust the voltage by changing this cap, higher capacitance will increase the voltage.
Opinions differ about the value of the R, and it may depend on how much current your circuit takes, but I'd perhaps suggest 1 kohm.
Middle cap could be of the order of 10uF.
Final caps perhaps 20 to 30 uF, here I suggest DC link caps, but use a voltage rating with a lot of headroom; if your B+ is to be say 250V, use a 800V rated cap as DC links are nothing like as robust as motor run caps.

But above all, do please get PSUD and learn how to use it! This is the very best advice you will ever get about power supplies.
