Experiment with the subs distance from the wall. Start with the company's recommendations, then try moving it in and out in small increments. At a certain point the bass should fill the room much better than other distances. Adjust the phase switch both ways each time you move the sub and observe each change from your listening seat.

If the sub allows, use hi level connections; hook up the sub to the speaker outputs on the amp, which gives a much more integrated transition to the main speakers.

Your settings seem fine but you will see over time you may want to adjust the crossover point a notch or two one way or the other. And you don't need a lot of volume on the sub. Have fun!
