Update! Sent the woofers to Miller Sound. They were indeed damaged. Bill did an amazing job and a complete pleasure to chat with. Everything is back up and running. Bill did mention that ScanSpeak had the polarity marked backwards on the drivers. Wondering anyone else has ever experienced this with their stuff.
