Its looks like on the lower terminals the speaker cable spades are sitting on top of the spades for the jumpers. Try it the other way around... this way the speaker cable spades are making direct contact with the copper cardas speaker post/terminal AND the spade for the jumper. May make things a little bit better. :-)
