Anyone have any experience of these. The US version were about $950 new in 1991-ish. I've been offered a (UK) pair for c£40-£80 (depending on being able to resell some kit that comes with them) I assume assembled in Houghton Regis with parts shipped from the US (maybe cabinets sourced locally). They would be for my son who plays guitar based bands, rap and classic Brit pop/rock on seedee though a Creek 4140. He currently has Acoustic Energy AE109's and is thinking of a change.
