Jerry, I am certainly glad I found post - more so that a potential client pointed this out to me. I will be sure to speak with my attorney for defamation and slander as your post negatively impacted business while having no merit whatsoever.

First and foremost Audio Mart did not cancel my account. Once we discussed the situation and I forwarded him all correspondence, the issue was settled and account restored. The admin actually made a comment that he was thankful for not being a dealer anymore because of situations like this. I decided to no longer sell there because of a lack of results - it is a simple formula of cost vs benefit, it costs me money of which I received no benefit. I feel it is more of a platform for those selling used items and buyers looking for rock bottom prices. This can all be proved to anyone reading this and wanting to place an order for any of my products. I can carry on about personality faults while that seems to be your main gripe however I rather discuss facts, unlike your original post.

1) American Dream Capital AKA ADC, LLC has absolutely nothing to do
with my audio business. Posting my work contact information (phone number) and personal email address is in poor taste especially when you are complaining about what is essentially a bruised ego. I will be sure to run this by legal as I am curious about their opinion on the matter. ADC provides commercial term loans to a number of industries - since we operate in a fiduciary capacity I am pretty confident they will not be pleased considering your comments are far from accurate. Furthermore, I would like to point out my perfect seller rating on EBay and rave reviews on Facebook while we have shipped late from time to time because of situations outside of our control. I no longer sell on EBay due to the lack of seller protection especially on international orders and would be glad to speak about that in to anyone considering a purchase who this effects.

2) You called me multiple times to place an order and I sensed an abrupt tone in your voice as well as a general lack of respect. I did not process your order, send your invoice or return your phone calls because I felt we would have personality conflicts. This is a side business for me and it is important for me to have fun doing it and enjoy working with prospective clients who appreciate my work rather then just see me as a low cost provider of custom products. After multiple conversations (I believe 3 calls) I decided to move forward against by better judgement because you claimed to do audio reviews for some site and figured the exposure would be beneficial; a decision I would later regret.

3) At the time of the order we discussed lead times and I mentioned we had issues with the company that does the machining and finishing. The machinist who does our cases recently had a baby who was extremely ill and in and out of the hospital because of multiple surgeries so his schedule was hit and miss.

4) After 2 weeks and change you called again for an update and I stressed that Jin's son was still undergoing his treatments after taking a turn for the worst and we were behind schedule. Because of your timeframe for your review, I stated that we can ship you the completed amp now so that you can do your review and once the case was completed I can ship you the enclosure for you to screw together or I can send you a completed one provided you send the module back that I would be sending you. At this point you threw a temper tantrum placing your desires over a grieving family and extremely ill baby going as far as stating that "regardless of the quality of the amplifier, you would give me a bad review and negative feedback." Again at this point I should have just told you that you are not a fit for us but I was hopeful Jin would be able to make it into work for one or two days to finish your case regardless the losing proposition.

5) About a week after and another complaint, the funds were removed from my account with some kind of penalty. At this point there was no need for further communication since the funds were pulled from my account so needless to say your order was cancelled. You got 100% of the money you paid, we were in constant contact until you had PayPal remove the money from my account so I really would like to know how this constitutes as being "scammed." Furthermore some self examination may be beneficial before criticizing my "abrupt style." I guess doing audio reviews for your blog allows you to act like a self-entitled bully who places your wants over the needs of a grieving family and extremely ill/dying baby. While that attitude may work for some other companies I assure you it would never earn you any favors on my end.

So in closing, you were not scammed - simply things did not work out in your timeframe which is OK and happens - I certainly had no hard feeling and attempted to do what I could. What isn't ok is going out of your way slandering a company who kept you in the loop and the total lack of compassion for a grieving family and terribly sick and dying baby is downright despicable behavior.
