I have this amp. Maybe you've already figured this out, but the 1/4" plug is mono. The (+) center terminal is connected to the (+) lead on your ampmeter. The (-) outer terminal to the (-) meter lead. Set the meter to measure milliamps. Fully turn on the amp and set the bias with the bias adjustment slotted "screw". Let it warm-up and recheck the bias. AES recommends a range of 138-150mA for all 300B tubes and 110mA for 2A3 tubes. Some power tubes hold rock-steady bias, while others drift around a bit.
