Powering my Wyred4Sound Recovery USB jitter "cleaner upper," which goes between my Raspberry Pi and my DAC. Couldn't really tell you whether it is an improvement or not.Sounds as if you are deeply involved in your purchasing decision. I just use the USB output from my RPi4, no HATs.
