Hello all,

My bother is looking to get into PC Audio playback. I've been using PureMusic for my MAC but have no clue what's available for the PC market. I know he'd like to get something that is Free or very inexpensive.

I am selling him my old HRT Music Streamer II and a pair of Powered Behringer Studio Monitors. He has a new Windows 8.1 Laptop with a AMD CPU, 6-GB of RAM and a 750-GB Hard Drive.

He's bringing his laptop down this weekend so any suggestions would be much appreciated.
