If you bought the TwoPlus rather than the Two, then you can hear the difference between them. In that case, you can hear the difference between Media Players.
Assuming Windows, then for a free current player with full library support, the best sounding is MusicBee. For $49, the new Jriver MediaCenter 19 sounds yet better and has support for DSD, SACDs and so forth. The current foobar does not sound as good, but is free. The old foobar 0.8.3 and the Otachan ASIO plugin for it, sounds better than the current foobar or MusicBee, but not quite as good as MC19.
The free player cPlay sounds better than anything above, except MC19, but is free, but has very poor library support and does not support SACD or DSD.
Currently I myself am using MC19 with the TwoPlus and ASIO4ALL driver.
