News Asylum: Hear Atma-Sphere Class D, N. Utah, for one week only by James Romeyn

I can demo prototype Atma-Sphere Class D mono blocks in my sound room for about one week after this post. We are 75 minutes NE of Salt Lake City, Utah in zip code 84332. Last reported SRP is $5100/pr. Amp name TBD. Delivery date TBD. Prototypes only 100W but production models 200W.

Going by aural memory: above the bass Ralph's new class D is the M-60's doppelganger. The class D's bass is different and exemplary; I'm hard pressed to pick one over the other.

6 piece distributed Sub Array: (two) kilowatt sub amps in Dr. David Griesinger's Phase Quadrature tuning > 4 AudioKinesis Tall Subs 18 Hz (two front subs also act as stands for Gina).

26 x 16 dedicated, symmetrical, lightly damped/moderately lively basement room, 2 concrete boundaries, only 1 small lightwell. Clarity Cables throughout, optional Infigo Audio USB. Estimate 100+ dB peaks w/1 dB dynamic compression.
