Man Satie. Have you not been paying attention?

It seems like everyone here is just going from theory. I HAVE run 28g wires to my bass from the amp to the bass post. From the amp to the mid/high terminal. In fact I ditched some Kimber Kables and some 4g zip cord for the magwires and never looked back.

I also rewired my velo sub replacing the internal wiring with 28g solidcore.

So I am confident that with thin wires the bass is not curtailed. It just gets super clean and less bloaty.

I was running the mmgs with the Pass x150 and then biamped with the Halo A21. The wires were buried in reptisand and am certain they had no air or convection cooling. They just worked.

Sure there is an insertion loss and you have to keep the runs short, but in terms of bass quality thin solid core was best for me. Unless you like bloated Kim Kardashian b ass.

Maybe you need to explain current flow but it seems like the current doesnt just stop at the hundreds of feet of bass panel wires.
