I saw something on that a few years ago, 60 minutes I think, it was about hedge fund companies offering investments in trailer parks. It was disgusting as the bus pulled up and the investors walked around the park sizing up their investment while the residents looked on a little confused. Of course the goal was to jack up the rents to increase the ROI and that meant pricing residents out and even though they are mobile homes you can't just hook em up to a truck and move them, most would fall apart and for most of those people that is kind of the end of the road for them. Hedge funds and that kind of investment, see the single family home crisis, is ruining this country.
