Heartily agree. Not too difficult to cook, use an overnight soaking method. Or, Trader Joes' has (at least used to have) a frozen hockey puck of Irish Oatmeal, 4 minutes or so in the micro and delicious! Of course I would make mine the most unhealthy thing with butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and top with an egg over easy, letting the yolk seep down...
I can't have any of that any more sadly, well except the egg. Have a big bowl for me!
