In general, it's probably easier to put a catalytic converter on a piston engine because the exhaust gas exits through a pipe. Also, the exhaust gas temperature and velocity are much higher at the output of a turbine engine.

Turbines engines burn heavier fuel, and they operate with a different combustion pressure and temperature cycle, so a catalytic converter that works on a piston engine might be less effective on a turbine engine.

But there doesn't seem to be anybody trying to clean up emissions of piston-engined aircraft. They get a pass because they're small, and because of safety. Nobody wants to mess with engine designs that have proven reliable over decades.
