I always enjoy seeing what cars others enjoy, but this one, regrettably, is not to my taste. I never was big on a luxo barge for transportation, it just seems so unnecessary.

I did once run an old jag sedan that was very lux and comfortable, so I am not married to the concept of function dictating a somewhat spartan mechanical form , that particular car was just too pretty to not buy the thing. Everyone liked the comfort of that car, and the fact that time had made it unique.

For that kind of new car money, I would buy state of the art car tech, electric. with a base price at 85,000, knowing GM, it will be easy to top a hundred grand for a prestige trim level.

internal combustion is an obsolete technology, as evidenced by this same manufacturer stating it will drop ICE completely by 2035, along with most other major players. The electric car is now developed enough to not have many common early adaptor problems.

With 85 thousand to spend, the performance they brag about in the posted promotional blurb, would leave you crying in the dust, next to the same money put into an electric car at the same stoplight.

Myself, I am all about cruising and rubber necking the passing sights, so the economy and simplicity of ownership would be a big draw of electric for me, not the instant torque. However, I am sure I could find a use for that, somehow.

I own a Gm product currently , they make good engines , good air conditioning, and fast cars. All these are important factors to consider when selling a used car, and they made a convertible a man over six feet can fit into, so I now have a GM product. I don't see the brand as anything super special, and wish them well , I need the parts for down the road. .
