Ours is going way up. Our region is benefitting from the hype of Amazon Q2 HQTRs setting up shop. But before that, our region was seeing an increase in tech, telecommunications, and healthcare investments. The D.C, Virginia, and Maryland area is home to many defense contractors, but I see these other investments equal to the South Carolina tech corridor, or lately, we are being nicknamed Silicon Valley II, and overall, our homes have gone up. A home in the next cul de sac went for nearly 1million. Ours is the same model but more square feet, more garages, and lost more customization. We suspect that when we leave this area in a few years, barring any market or housing market crashes, we will be knocking on 1million. It's crazy. It will help our retirement home build, we already have the land. Even in less costly areas, homes are also going up in this region.
