Interesting. The USPSTF is dangerous. I've seen other decisions they made that were, well..... stupid.
Earlier this year, I had my annual Doc visit, which also involves blood work. I got the results and the PSA test was missing. So, I called and complained... the solution? For me to come back for another office visit and more blood work. I pointed out to them that every year prior, the PSA was included in the blood work analysis! Why would you not order that PSA be done on an aging male?? I got no answer to this, until today.
