So, I do see the comparison as valid.
Statistics is one of my qualifications / skills, with a record of achievement, nationally.
In this case, the two main drivers of low infection and death rates look like :-
- early & effective, action by governments.
- a high-capacity, publicly funded, health-care system.Two quite valid variables.
