The amount of radon that WOULD leak out from a watch case after decay, and that you MIGHT be exposed to, if the case seal had failed, would surely be insignificant.

If the radium were encapsulated in the manner they do with tritium? Absolutely NO worries about any of those forms of radiation.

Me? I surely got a CRAPLOAD more exposure from things like cobalt 60 & plenty of other products from fission reactors. The water in the town I was born & raised in has more free radium than a watch would likely ever expose someone to, and the basements tend to have a fair amount of radon.
