...if you take NSAIDs - Advil (ibuprofen) and Aleve (naproxen) on a regular basis, take an acid reducer (ranitidine or Zantac 150mg) once a day to protect your stomach lining.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) can cause liver damage if you take over 4gm (8 500mg tablets) a day. Particularly if you drink.

A study earlier this week showed that a daily aspirin (an NSAID) or baby aspirin to prevent a heart attack or stroke causes more harm than good.

It can be useful to prevent a second heart attack, though.
