For years I did the bird on the Weber grill. They do turn out very nice when done that way and with great flavor. Last couple/three years I've gotten really lazy and just got the box-o-bird meals from Kroger. Comes with the bird, taters/gravy, side and pie for like $40. it's not as good as what we used to do from scratch, but it's a whole lot less work. Smoked turkey enchiladas sounds yummy. What time shall I be there, and can I bring anything?
