Well, fact is, not everything can be recycled. I doubt that the
tapes or disks can be, unless they are used as is. Many are just
thrown out, just the way it is. China wants way less contamination
in the recycled material, like 1/10 of what they were getting, so
everybody's scrambling on how to do that. So, much more will have to be
thrown out until then.
