hi Ivan

edgar seismic. i had a pair in my NJ house . however my 19x17 listening room was located on top of the basement. integration with midbass edgar titanII was difficult. either too much (when crannked up) or non-existent. i could not get the right low bass out of them and Bruce told me that it was probably going into basement. and they were really too big for room placement experimentation so i had to sell them. but what low bass they produced was clean and not boomy. its what i would want. if my room was different, i would have probably kept them.

did you take the services of kevin strange in phoenix?
i have a pair of fitzamaurice subs on order from him.. just too busy to go and pick up. in fact, too busy to even connect my horn system up. every weekend is a blur. hopefully that changes in spring

i would be interested in seeing and hearing your results. can you describe the midbass units and amps/crossovers.

since you too are enjoying NM while working around its limitations, we could hook up if you have the inclination. i am 45 minutes of SF. do ping me if you are in mood for some horn tweaking sessions.
