The 32 horn really does sound better when it is positioned correctly (driver hanging down) AND when the horn is securely mounted to the front panel. Not only is the sound smoother but there is a much more coherent blend with whatever woofer you're using. I prefer the Jensen P15LL over the 414 but I achieved a perfect (to my ears) blend with each of them.
