i would scrap the 811 horn - replace with a heavy wooden horn --use a large format compression driver at 1200 h and add a tweeter . large-format drivers are much better 800-5000 than small format drivers. sometimes too much better--so necessitating a retreat back to 1" drivers. one combo that worked well for me was the jbl 2397 smith horn with jbl 2441 driver . worked s well in a 19x17 domestic room . EV dh1a is ridiculously cheap and could be subbed if money was a concern.
