I doubt you'd be able to measure any difference. You might be able to hear a difference though... However that's not many strands, so I'm not even sure of that, even though I have some Mundorf air-cored ones that are probably the same sort of thing - I never made a comparison.
I can tell you that 3m of speaker wire DOES sound significantly better in the upper HF with 140 strands of 40 ga. !
Even more obvious is an output transformer where the secondary is wound from the same wire. Just finished a 45 SE amp with special HF transformers - best HF sound I've ever heard, using a ribbon tweeter.
