Typical symptom of a stretched spider, usually seen on auto. subs
that have been pushed too hard. Maybe wrong spider was used, but
seems the spider is pulling the coil too far down and out of the gap,
meaning low output.

Pretty sure a total re-cone needs to be done, so try to get your money back. I charge $80. to do those.
