Not unusual at all. In my case just the aging process alone takes a lot of the fire out of the belly on most fronts. The audio hobby is no different in that respect. Listening time here is down well over 50%, yet both my systems have never sounded better. So in the end, I just look at it as one of life's natural progressions. I still enjoy listening, but certainly not to the degree I did 5 or 10 years ago.
