I have suffered from Tinnitus for 20 years and I have found it to be somewhat related to my chronic back, neck-aches and headaches. If I keep up with my exercises, stretches, physical therapy and chiropractic visits it is lessened and occasionally it is almost not noticed. Progressive relaxation tends to help as well. When I am asymptomatic from it my system sounds awesome, if it is really loud then not so much :-(
