In May I had ARC service that took 2 weeks turnaround! Then I had a unit serviced around the same time frame as you, Vinylbob, and experienced the same unusual delay. In a subsequent followup call to ARC, I got a recorded message that the ARC service department was on a vacation shut down. I never have a problem getting through to Kalvin-- except I did during their vacation shut down. Looks like we both got caught up in that time out! ARC service is definitely costs more than DIY, or even local ARC service, but that's our choice, isn't it??!!
