Honestly? The best, most dramatic sound I ever heard was a couple of dudes - one played a horn, the other a drum. They were situated at the mouth of a narrow street in Madrid. Something about the acoustics simply made everything they payed incredibly rich from the tonal perspective, and GUT PUNCHING otherwise! Yeah, they weren't stupid - they knew exactly where to play.

Otherwise? I'm happy to sit home (or - at my shop) and listen to the music I want to hear, when I want to hear it, without interruptions.

Sure, I'd love to pick my seat at any given orchestral venue & tell the "band" to play what I want. Or? Even listen to what they happen to be playing. Just not likely to happen, based on where I live these days.
