We don't know that because Audioquest does not published and certified test results.
As stated below, just buy a 75ohm cable made from Belden 1505A cable from Blue Jeans and it will be just as good or better than any Audioquest cable.
Type 1694A is gross overkill at digital audio frequencies. Also are 75ohm BNC connectors. Sure they won't hurt but again at digital audio frequencies, connector impedance is insignificant.
