everybody latches on to the 'capacitors are the problem' debacle. Heat will destroy everything in an amp, whether it's normal use or not. Where the caps were actually made makes all the difference in the world. China stuff is mostly crap and yes I know that most are made there now unless you hunt down really good ones. It might be very hard to tell from looking inside where things might be made. I've seen parts claiming the wrong origination.

I have a Kinergetics Class A amp that I've used for 20 years and I bought it used here on AA. American stuff is in it except for Japanese transistors. After determining this was a keeper amp I bought all new transistors and caps and different parts just in case and then one day, guess what? The main fuse blew and it turned out to be the transformer (usa) shorting out so you will never know.

It sounds like you switch your amp on/off too many times during a one day routine so unless you have AC line problems in your area I would leave it on a bit more than that, maybe even leave it on overnight if you know you are going to use it the next day. I hope others will chime in and offer some wisdom because things have changed so much in the last 10-20 years. And, of course, leave plenty of room for ventilation around it.
