Based on the choices you list, I can vouch for the sound quality of the Parasound Halo series. I once owned a pair of the JC-1 monoblocks which were the finest sounding solid state amps I ever owned. One of them had reliability issues, hence I changed, but they were excellent in reproduction and had some tube-like characteristics (I currently have a tube amp). You may want to check out reviews and then listen if you have a dealer near you.
